Brampton Primary School is seeking to appoint an outstanding Teaching Assistant to join our hard-working and friendly team.
This is a temporary contract due to pupil funding and the position is to start as soon as possible
The post predominantly involves supporting pupils with autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), either 1-2-1 or in small groups. We are seeking staff who not only have the experience, knowledge and skills to provide outstanding support, but who have the right attitude, passion and enthusiasm to help make a difference for our pupils.
All shortlisted candidates will need:
- A real love for supporting pupils with special needs and disabilities (SEND)
- A can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- To be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Highly skilled in working with children with ASD
- A good standard of written English
