Brampton Primary School is seeking to appoint outstanding class-based teaching assistants for our hard-working, friendly and inclusive team.

 

To start as soon as possible

Term time only, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm
Unqualified Scale 2, gross annual pay £16,226.57
Qualified Scale 3, gross annual pay £16,815.35

 

The successful applicant will be attached to a year group, supporting teaching and learning, leading interventions and administrative duties.  We are seeking people who enjoy working with children who are friendly, flexible, professional, and have a good sense of humour.

 

The following criteria will apply when shortlisting:

 



Essential


Desirable



  • English and mathematics GCSE A* - C or equivalent, with a good standard of written English
  • Good communication skills
  • To be able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality record

  • Teaching assistant qualification or higher (graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Previous experience
  • Computing skills
