Early Help & Welfare Lead – based at Lathom Junior School 

Required for: January/February 2019

Pay scale: SO1

Post: Full time (52 weeks) 

We are looking to appoint an experienced colleague to support and be part of our effective Safeguarding and Welfare Team across our Junior School.    

The successful candidate will be working with knowledgeable colleagues and have an enthusiasm for promoting positive involvement, participation and inclusion of all children and families needing that extra level of support.  They will also be working with partners from a range of support services and outside agencies to provide Early Help where needed – promoting children’s emotional and physical wellbeing. 

Practical experience of Safeguarding and Child Protection policy and practice is essential.
