We provide a range of operational, transformational and innovative services to schools and colleges so that they can focus on improving the lives of children and young people Our services are agile, allowing us to offer bespoke packages that meet an individual client’s needs.
NPW has been working with key stakeholders, and in particular our schools to develop a range of new products. This year we will be launching a number of these products in collaboration with pilot schools and new partners.
We are currently seeking a Head of HR Shared Services to support the Director of Resources & Operations and Head of Employee Relations & HR Strategy in providing strategic leadership and high quality advice and support to NPW clients, through the excellent management of HR Shared Services. You will be responsible for the effective management of the HR Shared Services Team, leading continuous improvement and modernisation initiatives for all employee lifecycle activities.
● Previously Managed a HR Services and Payroll division (with direct line management experience)
● Project and contract management experience
● Strong understanding of HR Services, including payroll.
● CIPD Qualified
