Qualified rate for applicants with a full and relevant level 3 qualification: Scale 4: £20,667 - £22,425 pro-rata

Unqualified rate – Scale 3: £20,007-£20,472 pro-rata

36 hours per week, term time only
Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm

We are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to support our inclusive practice. You will be working with individual children, small groups and with the whole nursery team at different times during the day.

You could be an experienced or a newly qualified practitioner, qualified or unqualified. You will need to:

• be committed to the inclusion of children with special needs and disabilities
• value the diversity of our local community and the children on roll
• love playing with children and spending time outdoors with them in all weathers
• have skills and confidence in working in partnership with parents
• be resilient and able to work effectively as a member of the team
• believe that every child can make progress, when you give them the right support
