We wish to appoint a confident, highly organised, enthusiastic and committed individual to undertake this crucial role. As a Year Leader, you will be responsible for the pastoral care of a cohort of 240 students, liaising with staff and parents/carers to ensure their emotional well-being as well as being responsible for monitoring and taking actions in relation to their attendance, punctuality and behaviour. 

The successful candidate should be committed to the education of young people, able to manage their time effectively, use initiative and carry out all the tasks related to this position, with a high degree of professionalism, skill and independence.
