Office Administrator 

5 days 9.30am– 5.30pm (36hours) Term Time. 

Scale 5 point  22 - pro-rated salary £19803.00

Maternity Cover Fixed term contract for one year.  

We are looking to recruit an experienced Administration Officer to join our friendly office team to start as soon as possible. 

You will be a first point of contact for the school and should have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work under pressure. This is a very busy office and the successful candidate must be flexible and able to multi-task.  The successful candidate will have good ICT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and database packages. The ideal person will be well organised, good with time management and a team player. Previous experience of working in a school with SIMS is essential.
